CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

You can cancel an order, if it has not been sent, by calling us at +302431076775. In case the order has been shipped, you must follow the Non-Defective Products Return procedure.

RETURN POLICY

The products promoted by our website are quality products, selected from international markets, and which meet and bear all the necessary certifications from the competent bodies.
Although we make every effort through the completeness of the product descriptions that it posts on our site, it is possible that the expectations of the final recipient from the product of their choice are not met.
For the above reasons, we quote you the terms and methods of returning non-defective products as described below:

Terms of Return of Non-Defective Products

a) The difference between the date of receipt of your order and the date of submission of the request for return should not exceed 20 calendar days.
b) The packaging must not have been violated and must be in the condition received by you, complete and without damage, and the packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product.
c) The product to be returned must be accompanied by the original receipt or purchase invoice, together with all the documents that accompanied the product (Invoice, Swift, etc.).
d) Before each return it is recommended to consult with the returns department of 2box at tel. +302431076775.

In any case, the return is possible under the following conditions:
a) You have contacted the returns department,
b) The product has not been used,
c) The product is accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove the transaction (Invoice, Swift, etc.)

For all the above cases, the maximum return period for non-defective products may not be extended beyond twenty (20) calendar days from the date of receipt.

Terms of Returns of Defective Products

You have the right to return defective products purchased due to proven fault of 2box company or due to product defect (operation or quality) and to request replacement, repair or refund.

In all cases related to returns of defective products, the final consumer has the choice either from the beginning not to accept the receipt of the product, or, after receiving it, to return the product, within 20 days from the day of delivery and receipt .

In case the product shows a functional defect after the expiration of 20 days, which is covered by the product warranty and if the warranty has been given by the company 2box, or by the manufacturer, or its official representative, the final consumer is entitled to exercise its rights as set out in the documents which accompanied the product at the time of receipt and offered by the guarantee.

In any case, the return is possible under the following conditions:
a) Have you contacted the returns department for new purchases,
b) The product has not been used, or if it has been used, the packaging of the product should be what normally accompanies the product,
c) The product is accompanied by all the necessary documents, proving the transaction (Invoice, Swift, etc.) or transaction document and guarantee.
In case of return of defective products, the cost of transporting the return is borne by the buyer

APPLICABLE LAW AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

These Terms of Use will be construed in accordance with Greek Law.
For any dispute that may arise regarding any issue concerning the operation of 2box, an amicable settlement will be made. If the amicable settlement of the dispute becomes impossible, it will be resolved exclusively by the Courts of Trikala, Greece.
