. we use durum wheat semolina grown in the Peloponnese in Greece, fresh eggs from locally controlled farms, goat’s milk from flocks that are free to grazing in the Peloponnese Mountains, and the remaining ingredients from local farmers ,kneaded and dried in our workshop.
