White Holy Church wine


A white wine defined “ex genimine vitis” as established by the

canonic law. It is produced under the vicar forane’s supervision,

with the Episcopal authorization.

Serve at 10 – 14° C

Grapes: Grillo, Inzolia

Cultivation area: Marsala and Mazara del Vallo

Training system: Head training or cordon training, dry farmed

Colour: Golden

Bouquet: Full bodied, Balanced, Persistent

Taste: Intense, sweet

Characteristics: It can be stored for several years. Once opened, it

maintains its organoleptic characteristics for long time due to its high

alcohol content.

Sugar content: 110-120 g/l

Alcohol content: 16,5° by volume
