Vassae Multivarietal is a premium Greek extra virgin olive oil coming exclusively from the mountainous region of Figalia. Its complex taste stems from local Koroneiki, Manaki, Olympia, and Kalamata olive varieties, which grow just below the highest altitude that olive trees survive. Harvested by hand and pressed within a few hours, they produce a rich-smelling fruity juice. Pungent, slightly spicy, and perfectly balanced with notes of tomatoes, artichoke, and fresh herbs, this olive oil is sealed carefully, protected by light, oxygen, and heat until it reaches your table.
