A dessert wine served with any kind of sweets. Perfect for cooking

fine dishes.

Serve at 16 – 18° C

Grapes: Grillo, Catarratto and Inzolia

Cultivation area: Marsala and Mazara del Vallo

Training system: Head training or cordon training, dry

Colour: Dark amber, tipical

Bouquet: Harmonious, round

Taste: Slightly sweet, full-bodied, lingering

Aging: At least 1 year in ancient casks in a grotto of tufa rock

Characteristics: It can be stored for several years. Once opened, it

maintains its organoleptic characteristics for long time due to its high

alcohol content.

Sugar content: 40 g/l

Alcohol content: 17,5° by volume

Available formats: 75cl with T shaped cork, 1-2 L with screw cap
