Selection of the best quality grapes of the single vineyard. Classic red winemaking method with very long skin contact duration of 20-25 days. Maturation for 15 months in mostly new French oak barrels.
Taste features – Aging
A combination of ripe red and black fruit aromas with a rich, concentrated and velvet mouthfeel, followed by a long aftertaste. Very soft tannins and a round acidity that completes the delicious experience. It can be aged for at least 10 to 15 years.
