Opaque, natural red-brown color with orange highlights, and long-lasting legs.
Fruity and complex “nose” of forest fruits and herbs; dominant aromas of watermelon, milk caramel, rose, and herbs.
Unexpected and surprising taste of white pepper, dried fruits, and Ikarian brushwood. Its full body balances
perfectly with its cooling acidity and its high minerality.
Food Pairing: Light dishes, as well as seafood cooked in red sauces. Traditional Greek and Asian cuisine with sweet and sour tastes. Best served at 10-12°C in the summer and 16°C in the winter..

For Orders Within Greece:
Shipping in Greece takes 7 – 10 working days and the shipping fees are :
1 to 3 bottles 6 euros shipping fee
4 bottles and above 8 euros shipping fee plus 2 euros for every extra bottle.
(Ex. 1 bottle the shipping fee is 6 euros. 2 bottles the shipping fee is 6 euros. 3 bottles the shipping fee is 6 euros. 4 bottles the shipping fee is 8 euros. 5 bottles the shipping fee is 10 euros.)
This time is including the time the boat needs to come to Ikaria and pick your bottles.
For international orders:
Times are including 2 – 3 processing days so the boat comes to Ikaria and picks up your bottles.
France: 8 – 10 working days, from 1 – 3 bottles total of 37,50 euros from 4 – 6 bottles total of 44,50 euros.
Germany: 8 – 10 working days, from 1 – 3 bottles total of 37,50 euros from 4 – 6 bottles total of 44,50 euros.
