They are transported in special packages that ensure their airing and they are extracted to oil immediately,following the strict process of cold pressing. The most lowland groves of the farm, the olive trees of the same age and their common treatment contribute in their turn to the production of oil with very low acidity, with the top nutritional profile and the strong identity of this particular olive oil.
Besides, this is ensured by the certifications of organic agriculture and the certificates of Protected Designation of Origin of the European Union which are available by the producers.
