This is honey excreted from a mixture of flowers of exceptional quality, with particular characteristics. Produced from a multitude of natural and aromatic flora (e.g. ligaria, thistle, thyme, clover, eucalyptus, orange blossom etc.) found in both on mountainous areas of Ilia and on its plains (Olympia) – this honey comes with an excellent aroma, its own discreet flavour and a nutritional wealth, which is attributable to its richness in minerals, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus and ferrum. Flower honey is a valuable supplement for the body with beneficial properties against heart diseases, anaemia, fatigue and stomach disorders.
